Shipping
We offer shipping within the US using USPS Priority Mail Regional Rate. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and your location. A flat rate option is also available for larger packages, basically to put a cap on the shipping costs.
We do not offer shipping outside the US. If you are outside the US, check with Comet Pinball since they now carry some of our products.
Returns
Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if they do not perform as you expected, please contact us.
We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective products for 1 year after purchase. Any items determined to be damaged by the user may be denied for repair or replacement under warranty. We will often be willing to repair or replace out of warranty items for a reasonable fee.
